Patient Account Services, Clinic - Full-time
(Short-Term: Oct-Feb)
Join our clinic team in a role that helps keep each day running smoothly! This position supports patients, providers, and staff through appointment scheduling, phone communication, patient registration and record updates, payment processing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Occupational Therapist - Part-time
(Short-Term: Jan-March)
Join our Rehabilitation team and help patients regain the skills, strength, and confidence they need to live as independently as possible. Our Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides hands-on therapy focused on improving daily activities, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist who enjoys building relationships with patients and working collaboratively with a close-knit healthcare team.

LPN - Full-time & PRN
Join our team as a PRN LPN, providing hands-on care in both our Medical/Surgical unit and Emergency Department. This dynamic role offers variety, strong teamwork, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a rural community. Enjoy a supportive environment, meaningful patient relationships, and the chance to use your full skillset every day. Must hold an active Oklahoma LPN license.
Speech Language Pathologist - Part-time or PRN
Our Speech-Language Pathologist helps patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function to enhance independence and quality of life. Working with individuals of all ages, this role provides personalized evaluation and treatment for speech, language, memory, and swallowing disorders. Through compassionate care and evidence-based therapy, our SLP supports patients in regaining confidence and achieving meaningful daily outcomes.
